Audited standalone results for the half year ended 30 Sep 2025: revenue from operations rose 27.5% to Rs 4,004.17 crore, but profit after tax edged up 3.1% to Rs 795.68 crore (PBT Rs 1,000.70 crore). Operating cash outflow widened to Rs 6,390.12 crore. Auditors gave an unmodified opinion with emphasis of matter on stage III/NPA loans over Rs 407.20 crore and restatement of Sept 2024 CRAR from 20.24% to 15.84%.
Higher revenue and profit are positive, but Rs 407 crore NPAs, weaker restated CRAR and a large cash outflow raise concerns on asset quality.
