IREDA's audited results for April-September 2025 showed operating revenue of Rs 4,004.88 crore, up 27.5%, and net profit of Rs 796.21 crore versus Rs 119.81 crore a year earlier. The audit opinion was unmodified. Auditors highlighted Rs 407.20 crore of loans under a High Court order and restatement of the September 2024 capital adequacy ratio from 20.24% to 15.84%. Operating cash flow was negative Rs 159.65 crore.
Profit growth supports earnings, but stressed loans, negative cash flow and lower restated capital adequacy may weigh on investor sentiment.
