Indian Sucrose Limited reported FY25 revenue from operations of Rs. 54,569 lakhs, up modestly from Rs. 52,862 lakhs in FY24 (~3.2% growth). Profit after tax rose to Rs. 3,838 lakhs from Rs. 3,274 lakhs (~17% growth), with EPS at Rs. 22.09 vs Rs. 18.84. Q4 (standalone) revenue grew nearly 20% year-on-year to Rs. 31,246 lakhs, with PAT of Rs. 3,601 lakhs vs Rs. 3,209 lakhs. Statutory auditor SSVS & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results. The Board also appointed new Secretarial Auditors for FY26–FY30 and a new VP Finance.
