On the reaction day the stock moved 1.8 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.2 pts more than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

IndiaNivesh posted Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs.39.57 lakhs, up about 21.6% YoY, with reported PAT of Rs.24.35 lakhs. But the auditor issued a qualified opinion, flagging Rs.2.45 crores of unprovided interest on Rs.141.60 crore of loans. Adjusted figures show a standalone loss of Rs.211.66 lakhs. Standalone and consolidated networth are eroded, with management saying funds will be brought in as needed. Subsidiary INSSPL has not done goodwill impairment testing of Rs.20.36 crores.
Qualified opinion, eroded networth and large hidden losses are red flags that may weigh on the stock despite the reported profit.
