IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust, India's first and largest listed power-sector InvIT, submitted its Semi-Annual Report for H1 FY 2025-26. Assets under Management stood at ~INR 325 Billion, with Net Debt to AUM at 61.4%. Revenue from Operations was INR 16,666 Million and EBITDA was INR 14,287 Million for the half year, while comparable Net Distributable Cash Flow (NDCF) stood at INR 6,491 Million. The Trust reaffirmed its FY 2025-26 DPU guidance of INR 16.00 per unit and highlighted new acquisitions worth over INR 21 Billion and a development pipeline of INR 60+ Billion. Transmission system availability remained strong at 99.38%, and the EnerGrid platform (with BII and Norfund) won over INR 19 Billion worth of BESS projects during the half year.
The report confirms continued operational strength and steady cash generation, supporting the existing INR 16.00 per unit distribution guidance for FY 2025-26. The growing pipeline of transmission and BESS projects positions IndiGrid for sustained AUM expansion, which is generally positive for unitholders and supportive of the unit price.
