Indo Amines Ltd reported strong full-year results with standalone revenue from operations growing 5.8% to Rs 1,11,797 lakh from Rs 1,05,658 lakh. Net profit after tax jumped nearly 30% to Rs 7,977 lakh compared to Rs 6,140 lakh in the previous year. On a consolidated basis, revenue reached Rs 1,15,966 lakh and PAT was Rs 7,933 lakh, up 41.9% YoY. Operating margin expanded from 11.2% to 13.3% on standalone basis. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per share (10% on face value Rs 5). Additionally, the company granted 5,60,000 stock options to eligible employees under the ESOP 2025 plan. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
