Board-approved September 2025 results show quarterly group revenue up 2.5% to Rs 1,062 crore, but profit after tax down 51.4% to Rs 39 crore. First-half profit fell 50.7% to Rs 78.05 crore despite 2.2% revenue growth. Standalone revenue and profit fell 16.5% and 49.1%. Operating cash flow was a Rs 360.75 crore inflow versus a Rs 64.34 crore outflow last year. Prior figures were restated after US acquisition valuations were finalised.
Profit pressure may weigh on the stock, but stronger cash flow and lower borrowings offer support; revenue trends are mixed.
