Indo Gulf Industries reported revenue from operations of Rs. 4,816.17 lakhs in Q3 FY26, down about 21% from Rs. 6,111.92 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue fell to Rs. 16,533.30 lakhs from Rs. 17,564.87 lakhs a year earlier, a decline of roughly 6%. The company swung to a net loss of Rs. 362.46 lakhs in Q3 FY26 compared to a profit of Rs. 226.27 lakhs in the same quarter last year. On a nine-month basis, it posted a net loss of Rs. 104.40 lakhs versus a profit of Rs. 707.32 lakhs in 9M FY25. Loss per share for Q3 stood at Rs. 3.79 against an EPS of Rs. 2.37 in the year-ago quarter. The auditor (Hemant Arora & Co. LLP) issued an unmodified limited review report on the results.
Sharp drop in quarterly revenue combined with a swing to operating and net losses signals weakening demand or margin pressure for shareholders. The stock is likely to react negatively given the visible deterioration in profitability compared with the prior year.
