Indo Gulf Industries reported weak Q3 FY26 results with revenue from operations falling to Rs. 4,816 lakhs, down about 21% from Rs. 6,112 lakhs in the same quarter last year. The company swung to a net loss of Rs. 362 lakhs in Q3 FY26, compared to a profit of Rs. 226 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period, revenue declined to Rs. 16,533 lakhs from Rs. 17,565 lakhs, and the company reported a net loss of Rs. 104 lakhs against a profit of Rs. 707 lakhs last year. Loss per share for the quarter stood at Rs. 3.79 versus earnings of Rs. 2.37 in the year-ago quarter. The auditor (Hemant Arora & Co LLP) issued a clean, unmodified limited review report.
The sharp year-on-year drop in revenue combined with a swing into losses is negative for shareholders and is likely to weigh on the stock. Margin pressure and weaker topline suggest demand or pricing headwinds in the industrial explosives business.
