Indo-National Limited reported a standalone loss of Rs. 996.71 lakhs for FY2026 compared to a profit of Rs. 106.39 lakhs in FY2025. Consolidated loss stood at Rs. 2,626.39 lakhs versus a profit of Rs. 15,129.08 lakhs in the previous year. Revenue from operations declined to Rs. 45,100.95 lakhs from Rs. 45,797.12 lakhs YoY. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3.75 per share (75% on Rs. 5 face value), amounting to Rs. 281.25 lakhs, subject to shareholder approval. The company also completed acquisition of 54.79% stake in Medcuore Medical Solutions and received NCLT approval for amalgamation of Helios Strategic Systems Limited (effective April 2, 2026).
Despite reporting significant losses in FY2026, the Board has recommended a dividend which may provide some support to shareholder sentiment. However, the steep decline in profitability and negative earnings per share of Rs. 13.86 (standalone) indicate underlying business stress that could weigh on the stock going forward.
