Board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated results for September 2025. Standalone Q2 revenue fell 6.7% to Rs11,906.90 lakh, but profit rose 34% to Rs267.91 lakh. H1 revenue fell 1.1% to Rs23,650.92 lakh, while profit rose 43% to Rs430.27 lakh. Consolidated Q2 profit for owners fell to Rs138.49 lakh from Rs216.55 lakh. Standalone H1 operating cash flow was negative Rs696.29 lakh. Prior-period figures were regrouped or restated.
Mixed results: standalone earnings improved, but sales and consolidated profit fell and standalone cash flow remained negative, limiting upside.
