INDO SMC Limited, which recently got listed on BSE's SME Emerge platform on January 21, 2026 through an IPO of 61.71 lakh equity shares, has submitted its first quarterly results as a listed company. Revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 stood at Rs 10,149.32 lakhs, up about 35% sequentially from Rs 7,519.40 lakhs in Q2 FY26. Profit after tax for the quarter came in at Rs 1,209.73 lakhs with an EPS of Rs 7.25, compared to Rs 900.79 lakhs in the previous quarter — a sequential jump of roughly 34%. For the nine months ended December 2025, total income was Rs 21,421 lakhs and PAT was Rs 2,355 lakhs, against Rs 13,878 lakhs and Rs 1,683 lakhs respectively for the full FY25. The statutory auditor A.N. Ruparel & Co. issued a clean (unqualified) review report but added an Emphasis of Matter noting that the company was newly listed and no prior-year quarterly comparatives are available.
The strong sequential growth in both revenue and profits reflects healthy post-IPO business momentum, but the absence of year-on-year comparisons limits deeper trend analysis. Retail investors should treat this as a first read on performance and look to upcoming quarters for cleaner YoY benchmarks.
