Indo Thai Securities has allotted 10,10,000 equity shares (face value Re. 1 each) following the conversion of 1,01,000 warrants by 3 non-promoter allottees. Each warrant was converted into 10 shares (post stock split, with face value reduced from Rs. 10 to Rs. 1 effective July 18, 2025). The allottees paid the balance 75% of the issue price at Rs. 37.5 per share (adjusted from Rs. 375 per warrant), bringing in a total of Rs. 3.78 crore. The allottees are Keval Naveenchandra Doshi (4.50 lakh shares), Priyanka Jain (60,000 shares), and Harsh Vora (5.00 lakh shares). Combined post-allotment shareholding of these allottees increased by 0.84%. Priyanka Jain still holds 19,000 warrants pending conversion.
This is a completion of a previously approved preferential allotment with the final 75% tranche being received now. The dilution is small (under 1% of shareholding), so the impact on existing shareholders is limited. Mildly positive as it confirms capital raising plans are moving forward, though it introduces some equity supply at the conversion price.
