Q1 FY27 consolidated total income rose to Rs 20.77 crore vs Rs 14.24 crore YoY, PAT at Rs 11.03 crore vs Rs 8.57 crore, growth of about 46 percent and 29 percent. Standalone EPS slipped to Rs 0.86 from Rs 2.07 due to share dilution from warrants. Board approved secured NCDs up to Rs 100 crore via private placement, added alternative investment and fund management to objects clause, set AGM on September 19, and appointed Vinod Singhal and Co LLP as new statutory auditor for five years replacing SPARK and Associates. No deviation in preferential issue proceeds of Rs 3.75 crore.
Strong income and PAT growth but per share earnings diluted by warrant conversion. NCD raise and auditor change need shareholder approval at AGM on Sept 19.
