On the reaction day the stock moved 3.7 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 4.0 pts more than its Stockbroking & Allied peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Standalone Q2 revenue rose 143% year on year to Rs 23.62 crore and PAT rose 197% to Rs 14.61 crore, aided by Rs 17.27 crore of fair-value gains; H1 revenue was Rs 37.64 crore and PAT Rs 22.86 crore. The board approved moving the broking and distribution business, 99.6% of FY2025 turnover, to subsidiary Indo Thai Financial Services. One new share is proposed per existing share, with no cash payment, subject to approvals. Review was unqualified.
Strong earnings and cash flow may support the stock, but fair-value gains add volatility; the business separation may unlock value after approvals.
