Q1 FY27 revenue grew 6% YoY to about 408 crores. PAT swung to 82 crore profit from 28 crore loss, lifted by a 97 crore one-time gain from the slump sale of its Ophthalmic Business to Sunways India. Excluding this gain, pre-tax loss continued. EBITDA margin expanded to 10.3% from 3.8%. Auditors flagged a going concern uncertainty on subsidiary FPP Holding LLC, which has negative net worth of about 38 crores.
One-time gain masks weak core operations. Going concern flag on subsidiary FPP Holding LLC is a key risk for investors.
