The board approved unaudited quarter and half-year results for September 2026. Consolidated revenue rose 7.4% year on year to Rs 507 crore; half-year EBITDA margin rose to 9% from 6.7%. Profit before exceptional items and tax was a Rs 23 crore loss. A Rs 37 crore property-sale gain and Rs 51 lakh trademark income produced Rs 19 crore profit. Auditors gave an unmodified opinion but flagged subsidiary negative net worth and going-concern risk.
Revenue and margin gains help, but one-off gains masked a core loss. Subsidiary going-concern uncertainty may weigh on sentiment.
