Indokem's Board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, with statutory auditors CNK & Associates LLP issuing an unmodified (clean) opinion. On a standalone basis, total income rose to Rs. 15,430 lakhs (FY24: Rs. 13,991 lakhs), with the company swinging from a Rs. 526 lakh loss in FY24 to a Rs. 91 lakh profit in FY25 (EPS Rs. 0.33 vs Rs. (1.89)). Q4 FY25 was particularly strong with PAT of Rs. 331 lakhs versus a Rs. 161 lakh loss a year ago. Consolidated PAT recovered to Rs. 314 lakhs from a Rs. 623 lakh loss. The Board also noted the resignation of CFO Ms. Rupal B. Parikh (to take a different in-house role) and appointed Mr. Sivarama G. as the new CFO, re-appointed Internal Auditor Mr. Mukund Nagpurkar, and approved a second 5-year term for Independent Director Mr. Rahul Singh (subject to shareholder approval).
The FY25 results show a clear turnaround from loss to profit with improving top-line, likely to be viewed positively by shareholders. Separately, the CFO transition is described as a planned internal role change rather than an exit over disagreement, which softens any negative read; investors should watch for smooth handover at the upcoming AGM where the Director re-appointment will also require shareholder approval.
