Indokem's Board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated results for Q2 and H1 FY26 on 13 November 2025. Standalone revenue from operations for Q2 FY26 was Rs. 3,491 lakhs (vs Rs. 3,640 lakhs in Q2 FY25), while H1 FY26 revenue grew about 4% to Rs. 7,123 lakhs. The company swung back to a standalone profit of Rs. 66 lakhs in Q2 (from a Rs. 71 lakh loss) and Rs. 99 lakhs in H1 (from a Rs. 252 lakh loss in H1 FY25). Consolidated H1 PAT turned to Rs. 111 lakhs from a Rs. 140 lakh loss. Standalone EPS for H1 stood at Rs. 0.36 vs Rs. (0.90) earlier. Operating cash flow for H1 fell to Rs. 179 lakhs from Rs. 402 lakhs, and cash balance declined to Rs. 26 lakhs. The Board also adopted a revised Related Party Transactions Policy and voluntarily adopted a Dividend Distribution Policy. Auditor CNK & Associates LLP issued an unmodified limited review report.
The sharp swing from loss to profit in both standalone and consolidated H1 results is a clear positive for shareholders, though the lower operating cash flow and weak cash balance warrant monitoring. Stock sentiment may get a short-term lift on the return to profitability, but follow-up on working capital and cash generation will be key.
