Indokem Ltd reported unaudited results for Q3 FY26 (Dec 2025) and nine months ended Dec 2025, approved by the Board on Jan 30, 2026. Standalone revenue from operations rose modestly to Rs. 3,676 lakhs in Q3 (vs Rs. 3,707 lakhs YoY) and Rs. 10,799 lakhs for 9M FY26 (vs Rs. 10,551 lakhs YoY). Standalone profit after tax jumped sharply to Rs. 86 lakhs in Q3 (from Rs. 12 lakhs YoY) and swung to a Rs. 185 lakhs profit for 9M FY26 (vs a Rs. 240 lakhs loss in 9M FY25), with EPS of Rs. 0.66 vs Rs. -0.86. On a consolidated basis, Q3 PAT fell to Rs. 40 lakhs (from Rs. 73 lakhs) but 9M FY26 PAT turned positive at Rs. 151 lakhs vs a Rs. 67 lakhs loss. The auditor (CNK & Associates LLP) issued an unmodified review report. The Board also noted the temporary closure and subsequent restart of its Chikhloli MIDC plant by MPCB (Jan 14, 2026), stating no material financial impact, and approved a revision in remuneration for Whole-time Director Manish M. Khatau effective April 2026.
Strong year-on-year turnaround in standalone profitability and margin expansion are positives for shareholders, though consolidated quarterly profit declined. The plant shutdown-restart episode appears contained with no claimed material impact, but remains a minor operational risk to monitor.
