Indosolar's promoter, Waaree Energies Limited, plans to sell up to 10,00,000 equity shares (2.40% of total paid-up capital) through an Offer for Sale (OFS) on the stock exchanges. The OFS will be held on July 10, 2025 (non-retail investors) and July 11, 2025 (retail investors) with a floor price of Rs. 265 per share. Antique Stock Broking Limited is acting as the Seller's Broker for the transaction.
