Indosolar Limited's Board approved its unaudited standalone financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 19,467.57 lakhs, with total income of Rs. 19,599.63 lakhs and profit before tax of Rs. 5,515.75 lakhs. Profit after tax jumped to Rs. 11,679.26 lakhs (EPS of Rs. 28.07), largely boosted by a one-time recognition of deferred tax assets of Rs. 6,163.51 lakhs based on expected future profitability. The Board appointed Mr. Shiv Kumar Agarwal as a new Independent Director for five years and accepted the resignation of Mr. Nilesh Bhogilal Gandhi for personal reasons. It also appointed internal, secretarial, and cost auditors for FY 2025-26 and beyond, and fixed August 29, 2025 as the date for the 16th AGM via video conferencing. Trading in the company's shares resumed on June 19, 2025 after receiving stock exchange approvals.
Q1 FY26 shows strong operational performance with revenue and operating profitability picking up, but a large chunk of the reported PAT is from a one-time deferred tax asset recognition, so underlying earnings power is more modest than headline numbers suggest. Shareholders should watch actual operating cash generation in coming quarters. The board reshuffle and resumption of trading are positive governance signals for the stock.
