Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Indosolar Q2 FY26 results: total income Rs 157 cr vs Rs 203 cr year-on-year. Profit after tax fell to about Rs 5 cr from Rs 46 cr. Half year revenue dropped to Rs 234 cr from Rs 399 cr. Board approved draft merger scheme with parent Waaree Energies under which Indosolar will merge into Waaree. Auditor SGCO gave an unqualified review. H1 operating cash flow was Rs 80 cr.
Weak quarter hurts, but proposed merger with larger parent Waaree may offer long-term value and synergies for shareholders.
