Waaree Energies Ltd, the promoter of Indosolar Ltd, has sold 61,00,000 equity shares (14.66% of paid-up capital) through an Offer for Sale (OFS) in the open market on September 18 and 19, 2025. Before the sale, Waaree held 3,72,73,505 shares (89.59%), and after the sale its holding has come down to 3,11,73,505 shares (74.93%). The shares were sold on both BSE and NSE. The total equity capital of Indosolar remains unchanged at Rs. 41.60 crore (4.16 crore shares of Rs. 10 each).
The promoter stake has dropped from 89.59% to 74.93%, which meaningfully increases Indosolar's public float and could improve liquidity and trading volumes.
