Waaree Energies Ltd, the promoter of Indosolar Ltd, has sold 61,00,000 equity shares (14.66% of paid-up capital) through an Offer for Sale (OFS) in the open market on September 18 and 19, 2025. Before the sale, Waaree held 3,72,73,505 shares (89.59%), and after the sale its holding has come down to 3,11,73,505 shares (74.93%). The shares were sold on both BSE and NSE. The total equity capital of Indosolar remains unchanged at Rs. 41.60 crore (4.16 crore shares of Rs. 10 each).
