Indraprastha Medical Corporation (Apollo Hospitals Delhi) reported annual revenue of Rs. 1482.51 crore, up 9.3% from Rs. 1356.36 crore in the previous year. Net profit (PAT) grew 14% to Rs. 183.62 crore versus Rs. 160.99 crore last year. EPS improved to Rs. 20.03 from Rs. 17.56. The Board recommended a dividend of Rs. 4 per share (40%) compared to Rs. 4.50 (45%) in the prior year. Operating cash flow remained healthy at Rs. 167.44 crore. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the financial statements.
The company delivered solid 14% PAT growth with positive cash generation, which is positive for shareholders. The slight dividend reduction from 45% to 40% may mildly disappoint income-focused investors, though it reflects prudent capital management.
