Indrayani Biotech's Board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26 (ended September 30, 2025), with statutory auditors Venkatesh & Co issuing an unmodified limited review opinion. On a consolidated basis, total income grew about 25% YoY in Q2 to Rs. 3,774.98 lakhs (vs Rs. 3,015.99 lakhs), and the company swung back to a profit after tax of Rs. 105.61 lakhs from a loss of Rs. 55.69 lakhs in Q2 FY25. However, consolidated operating cash flow for H1 FY26 was deeply negative at Rs. -1,017.20 lakhs, and total borrowings rose to around Rs. 14,632 lakhs against equity of Rs. 10,382 lakhs. Non-executive Director Ms. Lakshmiprabha Kasiraman resigned effective November 13, 2025 due to personal reasons, prompting reconstitution of the Nomination & Remuneration and Stakeholders Relationship Committees. The Board also acknowledged and paid a Rs. 16,520 fine (including GST) levied by BSE for delayed appointment of a qualified Company Secretary under Regulation 6(1), which has since been complied with.
The sharp YoY revenue growth and return to profitability on a consolidated basis are positives for shareholders, but the large negative operating cash flow and rising debt levels signal working capital stress and continued dependence on borrowings. The governance-related fine and the departure of a director are minor negatives, though the committees have been reconstituted and the compliance issue resolved.
