Indus Fila has filed its Annual Report for FY 2025-26 along with the notice for its 27th AGM on July 30, 2026 at 5:00 PM via video conference. Resolutions include adopting FY26 audited financials, re-appointing director Himmatsingh Shekhawat (retiring by rotation), appointing M/s CAAG and Associates as statutory auditors for five years (FY27 to FY31), regularising Abhay Mandhana as Whole-time Director, and appointing Kanikella Hepzibah Rathna Glory as Independent Director for five years.
