Indus Finance Limited's board, on 7 November 2025, approved unaudited standalone financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26 (ended 30 September 2025). Total income fell sharply to ₹217.08 lakhs in H1 FY26 from ₹304.17 lakhs in H1 FY25, a drop of about 29%. Q2 standalone net profit collapsed to ₹8.35 lakhs from ₹81.40 lakhs a year earlier. The results include an exceptional item of ₹12.02 lakhs per quarter (₹24.04 lakhs for H1). Profit before exceptional item and tax stood at ₹49.80 lakhs for H1 FY26 vs ₹102.70 lakhs for H1 FY25. EPS for H1 FY26 was ₹0.28 vs ₹0.93 last year. Operating cash flow turned negative at ₹(79.50) lakhs in H1 FY26. The statutory auditor issued an unqualified limited review report.
Sharp year-on-year decline in both revenue and profitability is a negative signal for shareholders. The negative operating cash flow and shrinking margins suggest pressure on the core lending/finance business, though the stock remains very small and illiquid.
