Indus Finance Limited has dispatched a Postal Ballot notice seeking shareholder approval for issuance of bonus shares in the ratio of 5 equity shares for every 9 existing equity shares held. The bonus will be issued by capitalizing up to Rs. 5.14 crore from free reserves, securities premium, or capital redemption reserve. E-voting runs from October 22, 2026 to November 20, 2026. The record date for entitlement will be announced separately. Bonus shares will rank pari passu with existing shares.
If approved, each shareholder gets 5 bonus shares for every 9 held, raising share count but not company valuation. Price adjusts down on ex-date.
