Indus Towers reported Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs 81,463 Mn, up 7.9% YoY. EBITDA fell 35.6% to Rs 45,085 Mn (margin 55.3% versus 92.7% YoY); PAT dropped 55.6% to Rs 17,759 Mn. The sharp YoY decline reflects a high base in Dec 2024 from a one-time CENVAT credit benefit of about Rs 6,598 Mn. Macro towers grew to 259,622 and co-locations to 421,822. The company has set up subsidiaries in UAE, Nigeria, Uganda, and Zambia for international expansion and has no NCDs outstanding after full redemption.
YoY declines appear steep only because of the prior year CENVAT benefit in the base period; underlying operations are stable with steady tower additions and new international foray underway.
