Anita Kaushik, a member of the Promoter Group of Inflame Appliances Ltd, has acquired 13,20,600 equity shares (17.63% of total shareholding) from Mr. Aditya Kaushik by way of a gift as part of a private family arrangement. No monetary consideration was involved in the transfer. As a result, Anita Kaushik's holding rose from 7,200 shares (0.10%) to 13,27,800 shares (17.73%), while Aditya Kaushik's holding reduced from 30,13,400 shares (40.23%) to 16,92,800 shares (22.60%). Both parties belong to the Promoter Group, so the total promoter group shareholding in the company remains unchanged. The transaction is exempt from an open offer under Regulation 10(1)(a)(ii).
