InfoBeans Technologies reported Q1FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026) results. Consolidated revenue rose 36.6% to Rs 152.77 crore from Rs 111.85 crore YoY. Profit after tax dipped 7.3% to Rs 21.62 crore from Rs 23.32 crore, as employee costs grew faster than revenue. Standalone revenue grew 39.8% to Rs 113.46 crore. Board also approved amendments to the InfoBeans Cloudtech merger scheme to reflect authorised capital hike from Rs 25 crore to Rs 100 crore. Auditors SRBC and Co gave an unqualified review report.
Strong top-line growth but margin pressure from rising employee costs. Cloudtech merger amendments are procedural with no change in swap ratio.
