Operating cash flow remained negative at Rs. 18.05 lakh, though better than the Rs. 108.95 lakh outflow last year.
Despite the unmodified audit opinion, the going concern warning and deeply negative net worth mean the company is wholly dependent on continued financial support from its parent (Network18). Shareholders face a high-risk situation with no operating business currently; the narrowing loss is a modest positive but does not change the fundamental outlook until a new line of business is identified and started.
