Infonative Solutions Ltd, an e-learning content development company listed on BSE SME in April 2025, reported strong FY25 results with revenue from operations rising to ₹2,167.35 lakhs from ₹1,769.33 lakhs in FY24, a growth of about 22.5%. Profit before tax surged to ₹797.93 lakhs from ₹196.32 lakhs, while net profit for FY25 stood at ₹594.69 lakhs, marking a substantial jump from FY24. Export revenue nearly tripled to ₹356.46 lakhs from ₹103.76 lakhs, signalling geographic expansion. EPS for the year was ₹6.82 versus ₹1.66 in FY24. The statutory auditor (Kailash Chand Jain & Co.) issued an unmodified opinion. Operating cash flow remained healthy at ₹485.21 lakhs, though the company raised short-term borrowings to ₹350.02 lakhs from ₹124.28 lakhs.
Strong revenue growth, sharply higher profitability, and a clean auditor opinion are positive signals for shareholders. However, the sharp jump in short-term borrowings and recent SME listing mean investors should watch cash flow management and how growth sustains post-listing.
