Informed Technologies India reported a continued sharp decline in its core business. Standalone revenue from operations fell to Rs. 20.83 lakhs in Q3 FY26, down about 45% from Rs. 38.07 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period, operating revenue dropped to Rs. 94.40 lakhs from Rs. 163.52 lakhs, a decline of roughly 42%. The company returned to a small standalone profit of Rs. 10.07 lakhs in Q3 FY26 (EPS Rs. 0.24), compared to a loss of Rs. 105.57 lakhs in Q3 FY25, but this swing to profit was driven almost entirely by higher 'other income' of Rs. 106.10 lakhs (vs negative Rs. 60.62 lakhs a year ago). On a consolidated basis, PAT for 9M FY26 was Rs. 153.60 lakhs vs Rs. 140.06 lakhs, helped by a Rs. 60.68 lakh share of profit from associate Entecres Labs. The auditor (Parekh Sharma & Associates) issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications.
The underlying IT-BPO business continues to shrink sharply, and the apparent return to quarterly profitability is almost entirely dependent on treasury/other income rather than operations, which is a concern for sustainability. Shareholders should watch whether the company can stabilise its core revenue or scale its associate Entecres Labs to drive future earnings.
