Infosys reported FY2026 revenue of $20.2 billion (up 4.6% YoY) and Q4 revenue of $5.0 billion (up 6.6% YoY). Net profit for FY was $3.3 billion (up 4.9% YoY) and Q4 net profit was $919 million (up 13.0% YoY). In rupee terms, EPS grew 11.0% for FY and 23.8% for Q4. Operating margin contracted to 20.3% for FY (from 21.1%) due to a ₹1,289 crore charge related to new Labour Code provisions. The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹25 per share (up 13.6%). Infosys also announced mandatory auditor rotation – Deloitte Haskins & Sells will be replaced by BSR & Co. LLP from FY28. Stock grants worth ₹51.75 crore were approved for CEO Salil Parekh. A new wholly-owned subsidiary will be incorporated in Japan.
Infosys delivered steady revenue and profit growth but faces margin pressure from labour cost changes. The unchanged auditor opinion is positive, and the higher dividend signals confidence. The upcoming auditor change is routine due to mandatory rotation.
