Q1 revenue grew 2.4 percent YoY in constant currency with AI at 8.2 percent of revenue and large deals at 3.6 billion dollars, 61 percent net new. Operating margin came in at 21.1 percent, EPS up 15 percent YoY. Full year revenue guidance cut to 1.5 to 3 percent from the prior higher range citing macro uncertainty, a one-time client decision, and softer volumes. Margin guidance retained at 20 to 22 percent. Salil Parekh will step down as CEO on March 31, 2027, with insider Ashiss Dash, a 31-year veteran, named successor effective April 1, 2027.
CEO transition adds execution risk, guidance cut flags demand softness, but steady margin band and 8.2 percent AI revenue traction offer partial support.
