Infosys reported Q3 FY26 revenues of 5,099 million dollars (45,479 crore rupees), constant currency growth of 1.7 percent YoY and 0.6 percent QoQ. Reported operating margin fell to 18.4 percent from 21.3 percent YoY, hit by a one-time 1,289 crore rupees Labour Codes provision. Adjusted margin was 21.2 percent. Net profit declined 2.2 percent YoY to 6,654 crore rupees. Large deal TCV was 4.8 billion dollars, 57 percent net new. FY26 revenue growth guidance revised to 3.0-3.5 percent in CC.
Mixed: steady deal pipeline and strong FCF, but Labour Codes charge and lowered FY26 guidance may pressure stock near term.
