Consolidated revenue rose about 20 percent YoY to Rs 3,804 million in Q2 FY26 and to Rs 7,319 million in H1 FY26. However, consolidated PAT fell 15 percent YoY to Rs 297 million in Q2 and 6 percent to Rs 607 million in H1, hit by a sharp jump in finance costs (Rs 83.55 million vs Rs 2.87 million) and depreciation. Standalone revenue grew about 21 percent in Q2. Auditor BS R and Co LLP issued an unmodified review report.
Revenue growth positive but profitability pressured by rising finance costs and depreciation. Watch margin trajectory in coming quarters.
