Innova Captab reported Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 4,502.93 million, up 42% from Rs 3,164.62 million a year ago. Nine-month revenue rose 27% to Rs 11,822.16 million. Q3 consolidated PAT grew 23% to Rs 421.49 million; 9M PAT rose 4% to Rs 1,028.34 million. Standalone Q3 PAT was Rs 279.01 million. Board declared an interim dividend of Rs 2 per share (20% of face value). Record date is January 30, 2026. Auditors gave an unmodified review.
Strong top-line growth plus interim dividend signal healthy momentum, though nine-month PAT growth was modest at the consolidated level.
