The Board approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for FY 2025-26. Consolidated revenue grew 27.8% to Rs. 13,230.74 Lacs from Rs. 10,347.97 Lacs, driven primarily by the subsidiary Innovana Astro Services. However, consolidated net profit declined 18.2% to Rs. 3,658.58 Lacs from Rs. 4,470.92 Lacs, due to higher digital advertising expenses (Rs. 2,706.66 Lacs vs Rs. 1,071.07 Lacs) in the Astro segment aimed at customer acquisition and brand building. EBITDA expanded to Rs. 5,898.22 Lacs (FY26) vs Rs. 4,656.91 Lacs (FY25). Standalone PAT grew 8.2% to Rs. 3,201.62 Lacs. Statutory auditors M/s Goyal Darda & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The board also re-appointed Mrs. Riya Sharma as Independent Director for a second term and M/s Jindal Ashok & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27.
The strong 27.8% revenue growth and EBITDA margin expansion signal operational strength, but the 18.2% decline in consolidated net profit due to heavy marketing spend in the Astro subsidiary may concern short-term investors. The clean audit opinion is positive for governance confidence.
