The Board of Directors of Innovators Facade Systems Ltd, at its meeting held on 30 May 2025, approved the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the half-year and full year ended 31 March 2025. Statutory auditors M/s. DMKH & Co issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both sets of results. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations grew modestly to Rs. 22,137.35 lakhs (vs Rs. 21,548.09 lakhs in FY24), total income rose to Rs. 22,459.18 lakhs, and net profit increased to Rs. 1,577.91 lakhs (vs Rs. 1,516.58 lakhs). EPS stood at Rs. 8.36 (vs Rs. 8.04). On a consolidated basis, net profit was Rs. 1,601.14 lakhs with EPS of Rs. 8.49. EBITDA margin expanded by roughly 120 basis points as finance costs and depreciation grew slower than operating profit. Operating cash flow, however, dropped sharply to Rs. 331.44 lakhs (standalone) from Rs. 3,050.95 lakhs, mainly due to higher trade receivables and lower trade payables.
Mildly positive for shareholders – the company reported steady revenue and profit growth, improved margins, and a clean audit opinion. However, the sharp fall in operating cash flow and rising short-term borrowings (from Rs. 3,331.58 lakhs to Rs. 5,166.37 lakhs) are points to watch.
