Inox Green's group company Inox Neo Energies, with Authum Investment, has been declared the successful resolution applicant for Wind World (India) Limited by its Committee of Creditors. Inox Neo will acquire WWIL's 600 MW operational IPP portfolio spread across 7 states, while IGESL itself will take over WWIL's 4.5 GW O&M business that serves clients like Tata, ReNew, Greenko and Apraava. The acquisition is still subject to NCLT Ahmedabad approval.
Adds 4.5 GW to IGESL's O&M portfolio. Positive growth signal, but deal needs NCLT clearance to complete.
