For the consolidated quarter ended 30 September 2026, revenue rose 26.6% year on year to Rs 467 crore from Rs 369 crore, and profit after tax rose 7.8% to Rs 66 crore from Rs 62 crore. EBITDA rose 10.8% to Rs 100 crore, but margin fell to 21.3% from about 24.4%. Standalone Q2: revenue Rs 445.32 crore, net profit Rs 64.59 crore. Consolidated H1: revenue Rs 849 crore, net profit Rs 127 crore. Order backlog reached a record Rs 2,268 crore.
Strong sales growth and a record order backlog help shareholders, but lower EBITDA margin and modest profit growth may limit stock gains.
