INOX India Ltd reported its highest-ever annual revenue of ₹1,632 crore in FY26, up 21.2% YoY, driven by robust export growth of 37.7% reaching ₹971 crore (59% of total revenue). Q4 revenue also hit a record ₹475 crore with 24.2% YoY growth. Adjusted PAT for FY26 stood at ₹261 crore (up 19.3%) and adjusted EBITDA at ₹388 crore (up 20.2%). The company secured order inflows of ₹504 crore in Q4, taking the total order backlog to ₹1,514 crore. Key milestones include winning a landmark aerospace cryogenic storage order from a US private space company, an LNG marine fuel tank order from Cochin Shipyard, and expanding its manufacturing footprint with a new facility at Kandla. The Board recommended a dividend of ₹2 per share.
Strong all-round performance with revenue growth exceeding 20% and a healthy order backlog provides solid revenue visibility. Export-led growth and new facility expansion support long-term growth prospects, though EBITDA margin showed slight compression in Q4 (22.7% vs 24.8% in Q4 FY25).
