Inox Wind's board has finalised the terms of a Rights Issue worth up to Rs. 1,250 Crores, comprising 10.41 crore fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10 face value. The issue price is set at Rs. 120 per share, which includes a premium of Rs. 110 over face value.
