Board declared Rs.2 per share (20 percent) interim dividend for FY26, record date Feb 6, 2026, payment on or after Feb 11, 2026. Q3 standalone revenue rose to Rs.383.6 cr from Rs.359.2 cr YoY, but profit fell sharply to Rs.8.84 cr from Rs.15 cr YoY. Nine month standalone PAT was Rs.121.5 cr versus Rs.125.7 cr last year. Consolidated nine month PAT was Rs.173.6 cr.
Interim dividend rewards shareholders, but weaker Q3 standalone profit year on year may pressure sentiment near term.
