The board declared an interim dividend of Rs 5 per share, equal to 50% of the Rs 10 face value, for FY 2026-27. The record date is November 12, 2026, and payment is due on or after November 17, subject to tax. For the September quarter, consolidated revenue rose to Rs 686.31 crore from Rs 637.70 crore, while profit after tax fell to Rs 56.17 crore from Rs 59.11 crore.
The dividend may support shareholder returns and sentiment, but lower profit and higher cash tied up in receivables may weigh on the stock.
