Insolation Energy's Board on 26th May 2025 approved audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the half year and year ended 31st March 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations almost doubled to Rs. 1,33,376 lakhs (up ~81%) from Rs. 73,717 lakhs in FY24, while net profit more than doubled to Rs. 12,620 lakhs (up ~127%) from Rs. 5,547 lakhs. Basic EPS stood at Rs. 5.95 versus Rs. 2.66 previously. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.10 per share (10%) on the Rs. 1 face value equity shares, amounting to Rs. 220.34 lakhs. During the year, the company raised Rs. 39,520 lakhs through a preferential issue of 12.02 lakh shares at Rs. 3,287 each and also executed a 1:10 stock split. The auditor (Badaya & Co.) issued an unqualified opinion with no adverse remarks in the CARO report.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth, margin expansion, and an unqualified audit opinion suggest solid business momentum. The large preferential issue has materially strengthened the balance sheet (cash up nearly 6x), while the modest dividend payout signals capital is being redeployed into growth — overall positive for shareholders.
