Insolation Energy's board approved audited consolidated results for FY25, with revenue from operations nearly doubling to Rs. 1,334 crores (vs Rs. 737 crores in FY24) and net profit jumping 127% to Rs. 126 crores (vs Rs. 55 crores), translating to EPS of Rs. 5.95 (vs Rs. 2.66). The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.10 per equity share (10% on the Rs. 1 face value), totalling about Rs. 220 lakhs, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. During FY25, the company raised Rs. 395 crores via a preferential issue at Rs. 3,287 per share and executed a 1:10 stock split (face value cut from Rs. 10 to Rs. 1) effective January 24, 2025. The board also recommended appointing Dr. Subir Bikas Mitra as an Independent Director from July 14, 2025. Cash and bank balances surged to Rs. 314 crores from Rs. 55 crores, strengthening the balance sheet.
Strong topline and profit growth, combined with the large preferential issue, have significantly strengthened the company's financial position. The dividend is symbolic in size; however, the completed stock split and rising cash reserves support growth plans and improved share liquidity for retail investors.
